These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of brewdawakeningcoffee.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Brewd Awakening Coffee LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1) Online Store Terms

We sell coffee, tea, and related merchandise fulfilled on demand through our partners, including Dripshipper. All descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3) Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment gateways. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.
4) Shipping & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our roasting and dropshipping partners. Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
5) Returns & Refunds
For health and safety reasons, all coffee and tea sales are final. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
6) Pricing & Taxes
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
7) Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, designs, text, images, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of Brewd Awakening Coffee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content without express written permission.
8) Third-Party Tools & Services
We may provide access to third-party tools, services, or links that we do not monitor or control. We are not responsible for third-party services, including payment processors, fulfillment providers, or shipping carriers.
