Return & Refund Policy
At Brewd Awakening Coffee, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality coffee directly to your door. Because our products are consumables, we are unable to accept general returns once an order has shipped. However, we stand by our products and will work to make things right if an issue occurs with your order.
Non-Returnable Items
All coffee, tea, and related consumable products are final sale and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must submit a request within 7 days of delivery using the following form: https://tally.so/r/5B9aaE. To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please include your order number and a clear photo of the product or packaging showing the issue. Once verified, we will either reship the correct product at no additional cost or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in production or transit, cancellations are no longer possible.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost in transit or not delivered, please submit a request using the same form so we can work with our shipping partners to investigate the issue and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.
