Shipping Policy

At Brewd Awakening Coffee, we aim to deliver your favorite brews as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

1) Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are roasted, packed, and shipped on demand by our fulfillment partners. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipment. During holidays or peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

2) Shipping Rates & Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping within the U.S. is free unless otherwise noted at checkout. International shipping is not available at this time.

3) Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days for U.S. standard delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

4) Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information after your order has left the roastery. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in carrier systems.

5) Shipping Issues & Delays

Brewd Awakening Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or other factors outside our control. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please submit a request using our contact form at https://tally.so/r/5B9aaE. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

6) Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.
