Q: What’s the difference between coffee pods, ground coffee, and whole beans?
Coffee Pods → Single-serve pods (compatible with most standard pod brewers like Keurig). Easy and convenient.
Ground Coffee → Ready-to-brew coffee. Just scoop into your coffee maker, French press, or pour-over.
Whole Beans → Best for freshness. Requires a grinder at home before brewing.

Q: Is it instant coffee?
No. Our coffee is freshly roasted and packaged. It must be brewed using your chosen method — drip machine, French press, pour-over, espresso, or pod brewer.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on coffee or tea.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged, wrong, or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your order.
